According to Tabajdi; EU is wrong in the Tokaj-Case
Brussels based its erroneous decision on a repealed wine regulation in the case of Slovak Tokaji. Therefore, Tabajdi Csaba once again protests at the European Commission – reports Szabad Föld Online.
"The Commission's reply to my question clearly shows that, the decision was made after the legalisation expired in 2009. Therefore, I appeal once again to the Commission. I call on the Board's attention to the illegal situation and ask for the cancellation of registration, based on faulty legal basis" – said Tabajdi Csaba, leader of the EP Delegation of the Socialist Party and member of the European Parliament's Agriculture Committee.
