Harvest panorama – we can expect less grapes, but high quality wine
Less grapes but high quality wine is expected in the historical wine growing regions – shows the harvest panorama of MTI.
24 to 25 thousand hectares falls to the Danube River Wine Region of the country’s 70 thousand hectares of vineyards. In February, and the following spring frost the drought came and the losses are catastrophic compared to 2011 – Szőke Sándor, Guild president of the Danube Region Vineyards Winemakers told MTI.
