There is barely a week left to declare the supervision fee
Actors in the food chain can submit their supervisory fee declaration until May 31. The electronic submission interface is available from the Nébih Customer Profile system. More than half of those involved have already fulfilled their obligations.
The reporting interface is available in the “Supervisory fee” menu item of Nébih’s Customer Profile System (ÜPR). In the case of businesses, a person authorized to represent the company independently or an authorized representative may submit the return. Since last year, the latter order, i.e. the power of attorney, has also become a paper-based process, which can be fully handled electronically.
Payment schedule online
The first installment of the established supervision fee must be paid by July 31, 2023, and the second by January 31, 2024, which can also be paid online. Those concerned will be able to obtain the financial documents necessary for paying the fee – after the end of the declaration period – at the ÜPR (https://upr.nebih.gov.hu/ng/ugyintezes/egyenleg).
Useful information about the supervision fee is available on the Nébih portal. In case of further questions, Nébih’s Customer Service is available to customers at 06/1/336-9024 or at the email address felugyeletidij@nebih.gov.hu.
