The Day of Hungarian Bath Culture was held on Saturday
The Day of Hungarian Bath Culture is held on the second Saturday of October every year; this year’s programs were held in the 100-year-old Gellért Bath in Budapest, where visitors were invited to attend cultural events and synchronous swimming shows – the Budapest Gyógyfürdő és Hévizi (BGYH) Zrt. and the Hungarian Bath Association drew attention.
According to the information, the aim of the day is to introduce the Hungarian roots and values of thousands of years of bathing culture, to maintain traditions, to expand the knowledge of young generations and to attract the attention of the elderly to the Hungarian spas and therapeutic baths.
