The 18th Vegetarian Festival begins on Saturday
The free two-day series of events designed to dispel the misconceptions on the vegetarian diet and to draws the attention to the importance of fruit and vegetable consumption.
At the Kőrösi Csoma Sándor Kőbányai Cultural Center, the visitors can listen to the lectures of nutritionists for example on vegan lifestyle, raw diet and a gluten-free diet, and they can take part in relaxation sessions, macrobiotic and vegetarian tasting sessions, cooking lessons, as well as in music and dance programs can – the organizers informed MTI.
