The residents of the 1st district will receive food support on social cards

From the 1st of  January, the needy residents of the 1st district will receive food support on social instead of food vouchers.

According to the local government; the regulation change is due to the fact that  some people have spent the food aid not only on food. The municipality uploads the 7,500 HUF per month amount to the cards of which can be purchased in the contracted stores on basic food – milk, bread, sugar, flour, rice, oil, potatoes, apples, meat and cold cuts – reports MTI.
