Social shops to open in Somogy

The first social shop in Somogy will open in Balatonboglár on 26 June. Hopefully, customers can shop from the beginning of July in the social shop of Siófok and of Kaposvár.

The customers primarily can buy the local farmers' products in the social shops at a reduced price. Fruits, vegetables from Somogy, soft drinks and at some places homemade milk will be sold by the traders. According to Szabó Tamás, County President of Hungarian Association of  Farmers and Farmer Cooperation (MAGOSZ) a bit slower than planned, but certainly the local social shops will be opened, given the chance to local producers and Hungarian products. Szabó Tamás informed that there were problems in Kaposvár. Two traders withdrew from the shop opening referring to financial problems. Now it's being discussed with a third trader. Presumably, at the beginning of July, the first social shop will be opened in the county seat – reports Origo.
