Social shop to open in Paks

With the participation of the Hungarian Famers Cooperative Association and Hungarian Farmers, Tolna county’s 1st social shop opened which is the 53rd social shop int he country.
Two more shops will be open in Szekszárd and Dombóvár in the county.

The first social shop opened in January in Ferencváros, Budapest. Its manager Bertók Mária reported positive experiences. She told that the goods are purchased directly from producers to be sold at favorable prices. The profit margin, which was maximalized by Magosz in 20 percent is lower than the average, but the increased traffic compensates for the losses.
The role of the Magosz is to bring together the producers and retailers, and to determine the supply and sales prices of the network members – reports MTI.
