Rainbow Folded Bagel – Video of the Day
A colorful one and a half minute film about how Brooklyn’s (and probably New York’s) most spectacular breakfast pastry is made. What we don’t learn from the video is that the dough is soaked in hot water for 1 minute, then baked for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
