Péter Szijjártó: it’s time for another dimensional change in the Hungarian economy
The time has come for the Hungarian economy to go through another dimensional change, to increase the technological level and expand the research and development capacities – the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade wrote on his Facebook page on Monday.
Péter Szijjártó shared his post after receiving Microsoft executives, including several members of the global management team.
According to his report, the minister thanked them for Microsoft’s activities in Hungary and for providing high-level job opportunities to more than a hundred people.
The Hungarian economy has undergone enormous development in the past 14 years, investment, export and employment records have been continuously broken, Péter Szijjártó pointed out.
And now the time has come for the Hungarian economy to go through another dimension change, to increase the technological level and expand the research and development capacities. Digitization needs to be accelerated, the number of workers increased, and the level of training improved, the minister pointed out, adding that we count on Microsoft as a strategic partner in all of this.
