Nestlé will create 250 new jobs in Bük with an investment of HUF 140 billion
With a HUF 140 billion capacity expansion investment, Nestlé Hungária Kft. will create 250 new jobs at its Büki site, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó announced on Friday.
According to the ministry’s statement, the head of the department reported that the center of the pet food production of the Swiss-owned company in Central and Eastern Europe is in Hungary, where production will expand by 30 percent as a result of the development, and the current export ratio of 90 percent will increase to over 95 percent in as expected.
In his speech, he emphasized above all the difficulties of the past years, saying that the world economy was turned upside down twice in a short time due to the coronavirus epidemic and the war in Ukraine, but our country did well in the midst of the crisis, and the economy was able to stay on the growth path.
