Stricter pálinka control
The National Food Chain Safety Authority (NÉBIH) reckons that one of the best ways to preserve the outstanding quality of Hungaricum pálinkas is performing strict product control by the authorities before products enter the market. This way no adulterated pálinkas can be sold by stores.
