More coherent action and stricter punishments are waiting for the violation of the data protection rules on the online marketing field as well
The majority of web content providers store and use the data of the visitors illegally, many of them built up their campaigns on social networking sites unlawfully.
The data protection regulation is trying to follow the challenges of the technological innovations, therefore after the introduction of the EU Data Protection Regulation which will come into force in May 2018 conditions the violators will face stricter punishments – was said at the meetup of KLART legal on 13 May.
