The construction of Futureal's newest shopping center has finished

The Nova Park shopping center's construction is ready in Gorzów Wielkopolski, western Poland. The shopping center was built with a 70 million euros investment, and will be completely ready for the next spring. It will worth 120 million euros then – says Tatár Tibor, CEO of the co-developer, the Hungarian Futureal Development at Tuesday's press conference on the spot.

The Hungarian developer and the Irish Caelum Development investment group has 50-50 stake in the development. The Polish BZ WBK bank gave 50 million euro loan into the 70 million investment. The financing agreement was preceded by two and a half month lasting negotiations – said Tatár Tibor – reports MTI.
