Poles like Hungarian organic beer
This year, Hungary was the guest of honor of the the sixth edition of the Natura Food, Food Industrial Fair in Lodz, Poland. The one and only Hungarian organic beer, the Alakor was debuted for the first time in front of an international audience.
The three-day event was held in October, featuring nearly 300 exhibitors with around 15 thousand visitors. From Hungary, about twenty certified organic food manufacturing small businesses were present at the show. The Alkobeer project was represented by the Biokontroll Hungária Nonprofit Kft. on the community booth. The participants were interested mainly towards the organic beer and towards the Hungarian-developed batch certification and QR code-based product monitoring system.
