We love fish but rarely buy
Healthy, light, protein-rich – these come to mind about fish to the majority of Hungarians, 32 percent of them specially fond of fish dishes.
However, the most recent survey on the subject shows there are only a few times that the Hungarians consume fish. The fish consumption of the Hungarians is four kilograms per year lagging far behind the European average. According to medical recommendations it is worth to eat fish, due to the positive effects at least twice a week.
