We love our boss and feel good at work
The Hungarian workers are less satisfied with their jobs, but they better come along with their bosses. They have an especially amicable relationship with colleagues and prefers to retain their work environment, compared to the EU average – Profession.hu’s Work Environment survey shows. Nearly 38 percent of the 2,500 respondents, are satisfied with their salaries as well.
Hungary is only 24th on the job satisfaction list of the EU countries. Denmark leads, followed by Great Britain and Norway, while Greece is at the end of the line. However, when asked about the details, Hungarian respondents are not so pessimistic: half of them have specifically friendly relations with colleagues and 84 percent of them believe that the relationship is better than neutral. The demographic datas clearly show that the older the worker, the closer the workplace relationship.
