The minister reminded that the most important objective of the tender announced within the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy Strategic Plan is to support small-scale developments, the implementation of which will increase the income-generating capacity of the smallest farms. The call provides an opportunity to build and develop buildings and facilities related to animal husbandry, horticulture and the processing of agricultural products, or to purchase important machinery and equipment related to these activities, and with this, the creation of a full-time commodity-producing farm can even be set as a goal – István Nagy reminded.
The Minister emphasized that the maximum non-refundable source that can be obtained is 10 million forints, and the intensity of the support is exceptionally high, 85%
25% of the source can be requested without proof of self-funding, and then, after settling this, it will be possible to request another 25% advance. Within the framework of the call, those who already have production activities, but do not yet reach the Standard Production Value (STÉ) of 10 thousand euros, can submit a support application.
