Dunacenter construction works to start in September

The shopping mall built on the site of the former textile factory with HUF 6 billion cost, open next autum for public.

 The Dunacenter offers in the first
construction phase a sales area of approximate 31.000 m² and
will be extended to ca. 48.000 m² in the second phase.

Construction of the Investor Pannonia
Shopping Center Ltd is also planning to build a 120-room, 4-star
hotel here; a separate project company will be founded for the
development worth approximately 15 million euros. The new hotel, also
located in a former industrial site, is planned to open by 2010.
