From the end of September Friesland produces in Debrecen

Because of the hungarian milk market fight the board of the company decided to concentrate the produces in two plant in Debrecen and Mateszalka.

Friesland wanted to sell its plant in Nagybanhegyes, but there
was no offer for it – so the firm closes the factory in September. For the
staff Friesland proffered various compensation packaging from leaving the
company to move and work at its Debrecen plant. Some of the workers lived with
the posibility and start a new life in the capital of Hajdú-region.
