Until the end of September more Hungarians visited Croatia than last year as a whole
In the first nine months of this year, more Hungarians visited Croatia, than in the whole year of 2011 – informed the Croatian National Tourist Board on Thursday.
Marin Skenderovic, leader of the Hungarian representation of the Croatian National Tourist Board told to MTI, that both in the summer months and in September a significant, nearly 15 percent increase occurred in the number of Hungarian tourists visiting Croatia. In the number of guest nights, a 8.5 percent growth was registered. In September, a total of 31.5 thousand Hungarian tourist spent 166.6 thousand guest nights in the Adriatic State – reports MTI.
