St. Martin's Celebrations in Ópusztaszer
Goose greaves, tasting of new wine, ceremonial plug in, geese seeking competition and other interesting specialties await those who visit the National Historical Memorial Park of Ópusztaszer on Saturday.
In the school building, the St Martin's day school waits those who want to become acquainted with the life of St. Martin and the customs related to the celebrations.
Of course, the St Martin's Day Gourmet Foods will await the guests: goose soup with noodles, oven prepared stuffed cabbage with goose meat and goose thigh with garlic in the Szeri inn. (MTI)
