Tortellini Ltd. blocked due to contamination
Tortellini Ltd. blocked its tortellini, ravioli and lasagne products, which are eatable until September 2009, in order to protect the health of the consumers, due to the toxin contamination of the raw material.
The blocking affected the 500 and 250 grams of cheese, ham, mushrooms, and tricolor tortellinis, the 500 and 250 grams of ham ravioli, and the 500grams lasagne.
The company stressed that the blocking is only for concerns on the described products above and product with different maturity and any other manufactured products can be consumed safely. The affected products can be returned to the place of purchase where the price will be refunded. The tortellini Ltd. stresses that the company has been and will continue to comply with the food safety standards – reports ProfitLine.hu.
