The Wine of Budapest became a wine from Szekszárd and a wine from Etyek
The 2011 Merlot of the Szekszárd-based Szeleshát Cellar and the 2012 Chardonnay of the Etyek-Buda-based Nyakas Cellar Wine of Budapest title this year.
With the recognition, the Hungarian capital wants to help in the promotion and the development of the Hungarian wines and wineries – Szentes Tamás deputy mayor, responiblée for health and social affairs said on Wednesday at the announcement of the results. (MTI)
