“Art Nouveau” sweets in Gödöllő
After the thematic years of the Baroque era and in honor of the women an “Art Nouveau” series of events will be launched in in Gödöllő. The local Solier pastry shop will create the “Art Nouveau” for the Mayor’s request.
The base of the cake will be a chocolate-vanilla sponge of within which fresh dill and cottage cheese mousse, peach polenta (corn puding) and apricot jam layers will changing themselves. On the top apricot jelly and a chocolate tile will be – Szoljár Csaba, manager of the Solier pastry shop and restaurant told. The cakes will be presented on 23 March. (MTI)
