The Subway would increase the number of its restaurants in Hungary to one hundred in medium term – Sempers Katalin, regional representative of the fast food chain, operating in franchise system said on Friday in Szeged.
The first Subway was opened in 1965 in Bridgeport, Connecticut U.S.A. Currently more than forty thousand restaurants are part of the franchise in 103 countries, – the expert described at a press conference held on the occasion of the opening of the Subway unit in Szeged.
The brand is present in Hungary since 2005, the restaurant of Szeged is the fourteenth in the country. In January, three new restaurants will open in Budapest – Sempers Katalin added. (MTI)
