An Ltd. in Kaposvár owes to its Slovak partner with hundreds of millions
The Prosecutor's Office in accuses a 61-year old man who was the leader of Kaposvár based Ltd. that was dealing with poultry farming – writes the Somogyi Hirlap. The company did not pay the received feed and owes to the Slovak supplier with 422.5 million HUF.
The man on behalf of the company, signed an agreement over the transportation of feed on the 31st of October 2005 with a Slovak company and contracted the receiving of 8,000 tons of cargo in a month. The supplier continuously transported to him, but he leader of the Kaposvár based Ltd. did not pay the goods and his debt became 422.5 million HUF. The Slovakian company terminated the contract in March 2007and has initiated the elimination of Kaposvár- based Ltd. – writes agromonitor.hu.
