More than one hundred and thirty entries were received for the Pálinka-based Bonbon of the Year 2024 competition
One hundred and thirty-three entries were received for the Pálinka Bonbon of the Year 2024 competition, said the originator of the competition on Wednesday in the Almásy Castle in Gyula, before the judging of the items.
Attila Fabulya reminded that the competition was announced for the first time last year, when 104 entries were received. Their goal was to promote the common culinary enjoyment values of Hungarian pálinka and quality chocolates; in addition, promote the professional cooperation of domestic artisanal chocolate workshops, confectioneries and companies producing quality fruit brandies.
They experienced it, there were examples of this, they know of a relationship where the pálinka company and the bonbon company worked together from a distance of 400 kilometers; and one of the hit products of the end-of-the-year corporate gift distributions was brandy bonbons, thousands of which went to consumers – he answered MTI’s question.
