Albert Heijn is introducing at least 100 new gluten-free products this year for customers with gluten sensitivity and coeliac disease.

Since 2025 the Dutch supermarket chain has made 150 new or reformulated gluten-free products available, which it claims is the widest selection in the country. The company is expanding the Vrij Van (Free From) brand shelves in more than 400 stores.
