One hundred percent Guinness, zero percent alcohol
Dry November starts with a surprise again, as Guinness 0.0 is also available in Borsodi Sörgyár from November. The dry stout with a balanced taste and a unique dark color is Guinness to the core, so with this special product it is also possible for those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks to get to know the legendary Guinness taste experience.
On the occasion of this year’s dry November, a new member, Guinness 0.0, is being added to the non-alcoholic beer range of the Borsodi Brewery, with limited availability for the time being. Regarding the product launch, György Spiegel, marketing director of the Borsodi Brewery, said:
“Guinness 0.0 can be the perfect choice for those who do not want to compromise on the taste experience, while they want an unadulterated Guinness experience, but do not want to consume alcohol. We are constantly working to expand our portfolio in accordance with consumer needs, and the popularity of alcohol-free beers is constantly increasing, so I think that this is the best opportunity for Hungarian beer lovers to taste another beer specialty”.
Guinness 0.0 is made in the same place and in the same way as the legendary Guinness. The Dublin St. At James Gate Brewery, they brew using only natural ingredients, water, barley, hops and yeast, and then gently remove the alcohol by cold filtration. This process allows the alcohol to be filtered out without exposing the beer to heat. The brewers then carefully blend and balance the flavors to ensure the signature flavor profile and characteristics of Guinness.
The result of the process is a stout beer that bears all the unmistakable signs of Guinness, but has a lower calorie content (16 Kcal/100 ml) and is alcohol-free. Guinness 0.0 has a dark ruby red color, creamy foam, and a balanced taste of chocolate and coffee, with bitter, sweet and roasted notes.
