The country is voting: the Beer of the Country is being prepared, the National Tap Order is coming!
The national online voting started today, where beer fans can decide which, completely unique and newly created recipe, should be used to make Ország Søre, and they can also vote for which craft brewery will be awarded the title of Ország Small Brewery. The novelty of this year’s competition is the Országos Csapfoglágál: the Ország Sóre brewed based on the recipe that received the most votes will make its debut at the same time in several beer bars in Budapest and in the larger cities of our country.
After the voting that took place last year with the participation of thousands of voters, the pioneering initiative is continuing, the essence of which is that the beer-loving public can once again vote on what, previously unseen and untested recipe, should be used to make Ország Söre.
When filling out the online questionnaire available from today on the azorszagsore.hu website, you must first consider the type of future beer: here you can choose from the lager, IPA, wheat, stout or sour options. We can also decide whether the concoction should be light or dark, and whether a sweeter, bitter or more balanced flavor would suit Ország Söré. That’s not all, as we can also give an opinion on whether fruit should be included, and if so, it should be an exotic variety or rather one that grows in Europe.
