Useful information for cattle, sheep and goat farmers about the 2023 uniform subsidy application

As is known, animal data according to the ENAR system will be displayed on the Unified Application interface from this year. It is therefore important that incorrect data be corrected in ENAR before submitting the Unified Application. The office provides information on possible cases of correction, its progress, as well as the necessary documents and other important information.

From 2023, the system of the Hungarian State Treasury (Treasury) will display on the Unified Request interface those animal identifiers that, based on the data available for the farmer, may meet the eligibility conditions of the given animal-based legal title. The applicant has the opportunity to indicate if, in his opinion, the presented data needs to be corrected.

The paper-based forms, as well as the detailed instructions for filling them out, are available on the ENAR subpage of the Nébih portal. In the case of paper-based administration, please send the receipts to the postal address Nébih ENAR 1537 Budapest, Pf.: 397. In this case, Nébih will record the report in ENAR as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after receipt.

When submitting the online receipt, the data is immediately entered into the ENAR database, which is why we primarily recommend this option. Web receipts can be found in Nébih’s Customer Profile system. Nébih transfers the modified data in ENAR to the Treasury system, where the corrected animal data will appear on the personalized Single Request interface the day after the modification.It is important to know that the correction of the annual ENAR data must be done within the statutory deadline for reporting the data, as the Hungarian State Treasury will only take it into account in this case. Thus, e.g. the declaration of the calf must be made by the 7th day after the nomination, so any corrections to the calf declaration must also be made by the 7th day after the nomination in order for the Treasury to take your correction into account.

The usual ENAR notification must be submitted on the appropriate receipt, i.e. no automatic data changes are made in the ENAR system based on the indication on the Treasury’s interface

In the case of keeping cattle in a district-classified farm, the ENAR notification must be made by the district contact person.
In the case of sheep and goats, the help of the area manager (instructor) must be requested to change the data related to the marking. Changes to the movement data can also be reported independently to the ENAR system.
