Magyar Posta and Temu strengthen their relationship with a declaration of intent
Magyar Posta and the Temu online marketplace have signed a letter of intent to strengthen their business relations and explore joint development opportunities. The aim of the two companies is to provide a higher level of service to Hungarian e-retailers selling through Temu, as well as to the Hungarian population – Magyar Posta told MTI on Wednesday.
As recalled in the announcement, like most global marketplaces, Temu has also opened its platform to European sellers in recent years. Temu’s online sales platform became available in Hungary at the beginning of 2025, providing Hungarian businesses with a cost-effective, direct domestic and regional sales opportunity.
According to the plans, domestic e-tailers registering on Temu’s seller platform will be able to manage their parcel shipments and returns within the platform, for which Magyar Posta provides its nationwide logistics network covering even the smallest settlements.
The signing of the letter of intent between Posta and Temu shows the commitment of the two large companies to explore further cooperation opportunities, which could also support the market opening of Hungarian e-tailers – the announcement reads.
