Hotel Association: no need to change the taxation of the Széchenyi Rest Cards
In order to protect the jobs and hotels mostly operated by small to medium-sized businesses, the Association of the Hungarian Hotels and Restaurants recommends that the taxation of the Széchenyi Rest Cards should not be changed.
According to the resolution of the Association of the Hungarian Hotels and Restaurants sent to MTI on Tuesday, the association is concerned by the news on the tax increase of the fringe benefits from January from the current 35.7 percent to 51.17 percent. According to the calculations of professional advocacy associazion, it is a nearly 16 percentage points increase in the case of the Széchenyi Rest Cards. (MTI)
