The holiday mood started, the number of bookings made for the long Pentecost weekend doubled in 8 days. According to the data of Szállás.hu. Siófok, Eger, Balatonfüred, Zalakaros and Gyula are the most attractive destinations – the online hotel reservation portal told MTI on Thursday.

As they wrote, this year’s Pentecost is the first real long weekend, as the country’s population has stayed at home during the Easter and May Day holidays.

However, since the lift of restrictions, between 11 and 18 May, the number of bookings placed on the site has doubled and has been growing exponentially since. Attention was drawn to the fact that everyone should go healthy on a journey and make sure to keep a distance from other people. (MTI)
