Trade competitions at Sirha in Lyon

At the same time as the Bocuse d’Or competition took place, Lyon also hosted the International Catering Cup, one of the most important world contests for event gastronomy companies. Albatros-Expo Catering Kft. was the first Hungarian team to compete, who actually did very well. Afterwards they felt they had lacked the experience of other teams a bit. France won, the runner-up was Singapore and Luxembourg finished third.
