Technical Supervisor certification must be needed to the marketing of wild grown mushrooms
In order to prevent mushroom poisoning and in order to trace naturally picked wild mushrooms, wild grown mushrooms can only be marketed or processed with a certification given by mushroom specialist inspectors.
The Rural Development Ministry (VM) in its communication describes: the National Assembly's 2008 law entered into force on the 1st of January 2008 allowed the marketing of wild grown mushrooms, but did not regulate the collection, and offering for sale. The creation of the Rural Development Regulation, filled this shortage – reports MTI.
