Training cooks with iPod
Though iPod is no more for most people than a personal music storage device, it is also increasingly used in education. The Culinary Institute of America's (CIA) ProChef Podcast course has the advantage of allowing learning and practice outside schools. It is no wonder that even cocktail mixers are trained using iPods – as you can see from the photo.
