From father to son – Video of the day

Here is the trailer for Entre les Bras, a documentary about chef Michel Bras handing over the reigns of his three-star Laguiole, France restaurant Bras to his son Sébastien. By the looks of things and despite Michel's trademark quiet, gentle demeanor, it's not a totally fluffy affair. The two are shown disagreeing on several aspects of the restaurant, and Michel can't seem to back off and let his son totally take charge. “Maybe I'll be the soul of the house,” says Michel. “At least I'll try to
preserve it.”
