The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy chef competition serves to discover talent and support young people, encouraging creativity and helping them find their own cooking style.

Applicants from all over the world can enter the competition and be shortlisted for one of 15 regional competitions, as decided by ALMA, the School of Italian Culinary Arts. Regional winners then present their dishes in the final to a prestigious jury of internationally renowned chefs. Candidates are evaluated based on three main criteria: technical skills, creativity, and personal philosophy.
