The Lantmännen Unibake, that is Europe's leading producer of frozen bakery products will aquire the raw material producer unit of the Hungarian First Pest Mill Bread Co.. The purchase price is not public.

The Lantmännen Unibake is a leading European bakery group, which produces frozen and fresh bakery products for catering and retail. The company's annual turnover, reaches 727 million euros and employs 4 thousand employees in 19 countries. Its owners are Swedish farmers – reports Origo.
