Swiss-Hungarian businessman can buy the Zsolnay Porcelain Manufactory
Bachar Najari, Syrian-born Swiss- Hungarian businessman won the tender of the Zsolnay Porcelánmanufaktúra Zrt., that was aimed to sale the majority stake of the Porcelain Manufactory – Csizi Péter, Deputy Mayor of Pécs told on Monday in Pécs.
The Deputy Mayor added that the investor who is dealing with the distribution of luxury watches was the one who made an offer to buy the 74.5 percent stake in Zsolnay. If the General Assembly of Pécs will approve the offer on Thursday, Bachar Najari will pay 180 million HUF for the 74.5 percent ownership and will invest half billion HUF capital injection to the factory. The minority share and the golden share will remain the property of the city. (MTI)
