Fried Rice Factory – Video of the Day

Asian restaurants make huge quantities of fried rice every day. In this kitchen, instead of standing over woks sweating over the staple fried rice or noodles, the chefs pour the ingredients into the bowl by the bucketful. We’re talking about a batch so large that we’d probably see the equipment of a catering company (if they have one) or a large kitchen serving multiple restaurants.
