The Pápai Hús and the Pápa-Ser Kft. have become strategically important

The government classified the Pápai Hús 1913 Kft. and the Pápa-Ser Sertéstenyésztő- és hízlaló Kft. as strategically important economy organization. The government regulation was published in the Wednesday issue of the Magyar Közlöny (Hungarian Journal).

The regulation is in force from 3 July 2013. According to the decree, the 65-67. §  of bankruptcy law should be applied for the two companies.

Under the law, the government can classify those companies as strategically important economy organizations that have national economic interest or emphasized public interest. (MTI)
