Strategic alliance between Tesco and Carrefour
Tesco and Carrefour announced a long-term strategic alliance.
The UK’s largest retail network and the French chain of stores, the largest retail conglomerate in Europe, published a joint statement of intent on alliance on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) on Monday.
According to the announcement, Tesco and Carrefour’s alliance create a global strategic relationship system for supplier networks and create a common system for purchasing self-branded products. (MTI)
