Bel Group and Standing Ovation enter into strategic partnership

French cheese company Bel Group has started a strategic partnership with alternative dairy ingredients maker Standing Ovation. The partnership will see the producer of Babybel cheese incorporate casein milk protein, produced with the help of Standing Ovation’s technology, into Bel Group’s alternative cheese offerings
