PwC Hungary and Budapest University of Economics sign strategic agreement
PwC Hungary and the Budapest University of Economics (BGE) have signed a strategic agreement, strengthening the decades-long cooperation between the two partners, the university informed MTI on Monday.
The cooperation covers several areas, such as professional courses, company internships, job fairs and career guidance. PwC experts actively participate in theoretical and practical education, give guest lectures and workshops. The financial consulting firm provides internships for students during their university years and entry-level positions after their final exams.
In the announcement, László Radványi, CEO of PwC Hungary, reported that nearly three thousand BGE students or graduates have joined the company in the past three decades.
It is of utmost importance to BGE that its students, in addition to the highest-quality theoretical training, also acquire practical knowledge that provides them with a direct entry into the labor market, emphasized Rector György Andor in the announcement.
