Budapest is becoming a startup capital

Budapest hosts one of the most important regional startup events of the year. Hungary organises the event as the official program of the 2017 V4 presidency, between 30 November and 1 December 2017. The most important players in the Central and Eastern European startup and innovation ecosystem will meet in the Hungarian capital – the organizers told MTI on Tuesday.

According to the information, this year’s V4 Startup and Innovation Tour aims to make Budapest as the most important innovation center of the region and to become part of the international startup map.

The event takes place in co-operation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Hungarian Development Bank, Hiventures Venture Capital Fund Manager, Enterpise Hungary and the Innotrade program of the Hungarian Trading House. It will play an important role not only in the life of innovative businesses but also in the economic and diplomatic life of Hungary. (MTI)
