Aerospace & Defense Executive Joins Stanton Chase
Kristi Moe, a veteran aerospace and defense executive, has joined the Atlanta office of Stanton Chase, a global retained executive search firm, as a Director. The announcement was made by Dean Bare, Managing Director of the Atlanta office of Stanton Chase, which has 73 offices in 46 countries.

Moe has 25 years of executive leadership experience with broad-ranging international expertise in program management, strategic planning, customer relations, and marketing. She will be part of the Industrial and Technology practice groups at Stanton Chase.

As a senior-level executive with large, medium, and small aerospace and defense companies including industry stalwarts Lockheed Martin, Honeywell and AAI, Moe has managed geographically dispersed teams and large government contracts. Her systems engineering background coupled with advanced degrees has enabled her to lead teams in understanding complex issues and defining strategies leading to positive outcomes.
She also has coordinated complex activities associated with installation of Enterprise Management Resource Programs involving integrating multiple sites for communication, training, job/organization redefinition, process integrity, and customer change management initiatives. Her analytical skills and leadership capabilities are significant assets to Stanton Chase clients seeking the finest executive talent in these and other sectors.
She has technical and business degrees, including MBA, MAS, BSEE, and is Six Sigma Certified. With valuable contacts in the aerospace and defense contractor and user community coupled with a broad knowledge of many key governmental domestic and international agencies, Kristi brings a unique skill set to her position in the executive search profession. These relationships are also valuable for search assignments in other sectors due to her in- depth understanding of processes and systems which lead to organizational excellence.
