European retail stagnates

The largest increase can be observed in Romania: 3.1 percent. A 2.6 percent increase occured in Slovakia, 1.6 percent both in Belgium and in Poland. A 1.3 percent decline occured in France, and a 1.1 percent decrease in Portugal, on a monthly basis.
Compared to the same period of last year, a 4.3 percent growth occured in Romania, 4.1 percent in Belgium and 3 percent growth in Finland. The largest decline was in Lithuania: 8.7 percent, 6.8 percent in Bulgaria and 4.1 percent in Estonia – reports Világgazdaság Online.
